BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for Kern and Los Angeles counties for a man reported missing out of Panorama City. Officials with the highway patrol say Edgardo Pineda, 83, was last seen on Wednesday, Nov. 13 around noon in Los Angeles County. He is believed to have been driving a silver 2020 Honda CRV. Teen bicyclist struck, killed by a vehicle on Loyola St. identified The vehicle has a Nevada license plate with the following License Plate #568ZNB. Pineda is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to CHP. Pineda was last seen wearing a light blue and white striped shirt, khaki pants and a dark blue baseball hat. If Pineda is seen you are asked to call 911.
