Green Bay man placed on four years' probation for threats toward local business

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A Green Bay man has been sentenced to four years of probation following a conviction for making threats against a business on Oneida Street.
On Nov. 11, 2024, 62-year-old Thomas J. Miller received his sentence from Judge John Vander Leest, who ordered probation and withheld further sentencing.

Miller’s probation includes an Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) assessment, a mandate for absolute sobriety, and a restriction from entering the targeted business.
The case is now officially closed, and Miller will serve his probation under the stipulated conditions.
