ESTILL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — According to state police, an assistant coach at Estill County High School has been arrested on rape charges. Officials say 22-year-old Samuel Beeler was taken into custody on Wednesday. He faces two counts of rape. According to state police, Beeler is accused of having inappropriate relationships with two students. As previously reported, the Estill County Board of Education posted on Facebook Sunday about an investigation into a school employee following an anonymous tip to the district. In a new statement released Wednesday, following Beeler’s arrest, the board of education confirmed that the district would proceed with his termination.
