GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - A Green Bay man who faced over 15 charges related to drug trafficking and other crimes had his case turned over to Federal Court.
Court records show that 50-year-old Dennis Johnson appeared in court on November 8 for a status conference.
Brown County court granted a dismissal due to it now being handled in Federal Court.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - A Green Bay man who faces over 15 charges related to drug trafficking and other crimes had a status conference on Friday.
Court records show that Dennis Johnson appeared in court in custody, as the present bond continued.
An additional status conference was set for Nov. 8 at 2 p.m.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - The Green Bay man with over 15 charges related to drug trafficking and other crimes had an initial appearance on Friday.
According to court records, 49-year-old Dennis Johnson appeared by video in custody alongside his attorney Noah Kohl. The present bond was continued.
Johnson's preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday, October 11 at 10:30 a.m.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - A Green Bay man is facing over 15 charges and had his cash bond set at $50,000 following a drug investigation in Brown County.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 49-year-old Dennis Johnson was officially charged with multiple crimes related to drug possession and trafficking. The charges stem from multiple controlled buys from Johnson.
In some of the controlled buys, Johnson allegedly used 'runners' to deliver drugs on his behalf to try to avoid police detection. The complaint says that Johnson was the primary suspect in this investigation.

After the controlled buys, authorities executed a search warrant at a residence on North Webster Avenue on September 23. Johnson was eventually taken into custody and removed from the residence.

139.73 grams of cocaine
40.72 grams of cocaine-base
15.64 grams of fentanyl
59.20 grams of methamphetamine
Multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia
Three handguns
$1,874 of U.S. currency
The complaint says that the items seized during the warrant are consistent with distributor amounts.
Authorities interviewed someone affiliated with Johnson who claimed that he was dealing drugs, according to the complaint.
