JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – Johns Island emergency crews are responding to an auto-pedestrian crash. Officials with St. John’s Fire District said the crash happened Wednesday afternoon on Main Road between Brownswood and Maybank Highway. Drivers should find an alternate route.
