PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Firefighters knocked down a brush fire near a Providence cemetery Tuesday evening, according to the city's fire chief. Chief Derek Silva said the brush fire broke out in the woods near Lippit Park and Swan Point Cemetery. He said the brush fire burned roughly two acres.
