Kevin Surbaugh TONIGHT:   The skies will be partly cloudy, and the winds will be light and variable at calm to 10 mph.  It will be a mild night with a low of 44. FORECAST:  Tuesday will start out sunny and beautiful but end up windy in the afternoon.  The SW-west winds will pick up and gust to near 35 mph with stronger gusts on the east slopes.  This will pop the high up to 80, and we could see a slight dusty haze by late day.  Wednesday will be sunny and cooler with a high of 70.  The NW winds will range from 5-15 mph. Thursday will be sunny and warmer with a high of 77.  Friday will be sunny and 80 with a warm SW breeze.  Saturday will be mostly sunny and 80 with gusty afternoon winds.  Sunday will turn mostly cloudy with a chance of drops late evening.  With a high of 74, the SW winds will gust to near 40 mph.
