BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Coroner's Office identified a man who was found unresponsive in his cell at the Lerdo Justice Facility in October. Coroner officials say Michael Loren Stumbaugh III, 33, of Bakersfield was found unresponsive at the Lerdo Justice Facility on Oct. 18 around 1 a.m. It is not immediately known what led to the incident. 17 News has contacted the sheriff's office for more details. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of death.
