That will spell an uptick in wind gusts, which could exceed 30 mph at times, as winds turn from WSW to NW through the day. The front should carry some clouds with it, otherwise it's a partly cloudy flavor to the day as a whole. As flow continues to veer more to the north, colder air will spill in Friday night with highs Saturday having a difficult time getting out of the 40s despite abundant sunshine. Sunday should start dry, but clouds will be rapidly working into the region with widespread rain slated to arrive into the second half of the day.
