Two LSU sports stars named as ESPN College GameDay guest pickers for LSU vs. Alabama

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Two notable LSU athletes will join the hosts of ESPN's College GameDay for the rival matchup, LSU vs. Alabama on Saturday, Nov. 9.
According to On3.com, former LSU baseball star Paul Skenes and star gymnast Livvy Dunne will be the show's guest pickers. The couple, along with the analysts, will be making their selections ahead of the matchup.
Skenes is currently a pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates after being drafted in the 2024 MLB Draft while Dunne is still competing for the Tigers' gymnastics team.
The LSU Tigers vs. Alabama Crimson Tide is a long-standing rivalry between two Southeastern Conference (SEC) schools. Their first matchup dates back to 1895, according to Alabama football's website.
The ESPN College GameDay panel includes former Alabama coach Nick Saban, Pat McAfee, Desmond Howard, Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso.
College GameDay airs from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on ESPN. Kickoff is at 6:30 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.
