COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Inside the State House on Wednesday, Nov. 6, Governor Henry McMaster nominated Eunice Medina as the new director of the Department of Health and Human Services. Medina, who currently serves as the chief of staff and deputy director of programs for the department will succeed former Director Robert Kerr, who retired last week. The nomination will need to be confirmed by the State Senate before it becomes official.
