LIVE UPDATES: 6:30 p.m.: According to an Associated Press survey, the economy and immigration were the top issues facing voters. 6:00 p.m.: The Portsmouth Democratic Party responded to Senate candidate Patricia Morgan’s accusation of “defaced sample ballots” being given to voters. Morgan accused State Rep. Michelle McGaw of handing out the ballots outside a polling place. Both the Secretary of State’s Office and Board of Elections said the alleged ballots are not official ballots. 3:30 p.m.: A man was arrested by Coventry police for allegedly “causing a disturbance” at a polling place. The man was accused of being confrontational to voters and polling staff. He was charged with disorderly conduct. 3:15 p.m.: ABC 6 Chief Meteorologist Geoff Bansen said the temperature  is on track to tie with Election Day 1936.
