Windy and warm Election Day

It's a warm and windy beginning to the first full week of November as temperatures will be at record-setting levels Tuesday. There's more rain on the way, too.
Rainfall accumulation will be between a half-inch and an inch from now through Wednesday morning
Periods of scattered rain taper off by sunrise. Temperatures stay on the warmer side with early mornings reading only as low as the low 60s. Remember, our average high this time of year is in the mid-50s, so we're staying above that all through the early morning.
Election Day will be rain-free for most of the day. However, rain chances increase by evening, 5 pm and after. Record-setting high temperatures are expected during the afternoon with our high hitting 75°. The record is 73° for November 5.
A new record high is expected Tuesday afternoon.
WIND ALERT: Tuesday is going to be a very windy day across the region with gusts around northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio reaching speeds as high as 40-45 mph. Most commonly, we'll have gusts in the 30-40 mph range.
The day starts off windy in the morning and remains windy all day Tuesday.
Tuesday evening rain chances last through early Wednesday morning, before clearing by sunrise. A total of a half-inch to 1" of rain falls from now through Wednesday morning.
We'll see more sunshine the rest of the workweek and into the weekend with highs around 60° Wednesday through Saturday.
Rain is possible on Sunday. High temps will be in the mid-60s.
