Oshkosh Area Humane Society seeking public’s help as the shelter is full for fall In a social media post from the Shawano County Sheriff's Office, it was announced on Monday afternoon that K9 Ruckus has officially joined the ranks of the Shawano County Sheriff's Office. Officials say K9 Ruckus and his handler Deputy Ostrowski are currently training in Canada and will be coming back to Shawano where they will then patrol the Shawano County area after the training has been completed.
