ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Several cars were seen being towed away from a crash in the area of Norton Street and North Clinton Avenue in Rochester Sunday evening. (WROC/Trinity Wilson) News 8 arrived on scene just after 4:30 p.m. after hearing reports of a police chase in the area. State Police troopers were on scene along with around ten Rochester Police vehicles. At least two white vehicles were seen severely damaged, another darker colored car was strapped to a tow truck.
