(BCN) -- A Vallejo man who had been facing up to 20 years in federal prison for assaulting FBI agents was given 21 months of incarceration on Thursday, according to prosecutors. Sean Delapp, 38, was indicted in September 2023 after he chased the agents with his car, pulled up alongside them, and aimed a firearm at them through the window, making a recoil motion, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California said in a statement. Sleeping passenger assaulted on United flight from SFO to DC Authorities searched Delapp's residence and discovered a Glock 29 gun, ammunition and various firearm parts.
