Road rage incident leads to shooting near UofM campus: Officials

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The University of Memphis was placed on a brief "shelter in place" after shots were reported fired near the college campus Friday morning.
A spokesperson for the University says a suspected road rage incident led to the shooting, however, no one was reported injured.

One person was taken into custody, but another person left the scene on foot.
The campus was placed on a shelter-in-place. It has now been lifted.
