Topeka police arrest 1 after home burglary call

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Topeka police arrested one person following a burglary in progress call Thursday.
Rosie Nichols with the City of Topeka told 27 News officers were called just before noon on Oct. 31 to the 2600 block of Southeast Indiana Avenue on reports a burglary was happening at a local home. Police responding to the scene took a suspect into custody just before 12:30 p.m. after arriving in the area.
Nichols said an investigation into the incident is ongoing with no additional information available to release at this time.
