HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Spending Halloween in the hospital is not stopping the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) babies at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital in Henrico County from celebrating. NICU nurses Anna Bialkowski and Cara Kasten designed custom costumes for the babies by hand. Check out the handmade costumes for the tiny trick or treaters below:
