CAMPTON, N.H. (WLNE) — A Brockton woman has been arrested after allegedly fleeing from New Hampshire State Police after being observed riding her motorcycle in excess of 120 mph. Juliana R. Gobbi, 18, was first reported riding at a high rate of speed in an unsafe manner on I-93 north in Concord, N.H. at approximately 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. Troopers attempted to stop the motorcycle near exit 23, but Gobbi failed to stop and accelerated to speeds over 120 mph, according to New Hampshire State Police. The motorcycle disappeared from sight but was spotted a short time later by troopers in Ashland and Campton, where the vehicle took exit 28. The motorcycle was observed at a gas station on Route 49 and troopers attempted to conduct a stop, after which Gobbi allegedly attempted to flee again. Gobbi drove the motorcycle into the front of a stopped state police cruiser and lost control. Gobbi was unhurt and is charged with reckless driving, disobeying a police officer and criminal mischief. She was released on personal recognizance and will appear in Plymouth District Court on December 16.   Categories: Massachusetts, News
