(CNN)– Starbucks employees are breaking out the sharpies again, the coffee giant is bringing back handwritten names on cups to try to win back customers.
Self-serve stations with sugar and cream are also coming back.
New Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol says it’s a part of his strategy to recreate a coffeehouse vibe and add a human touch.
The self serve condiment stations were removed during the beginning of the pandemic in 2020.
The company recently announced that soy, oat, almond, or coconut milk will not cost customers extra anymore.
