KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - After months of surveillance and undercover operations, nearly 20 people in Kosciusko County were arrested Wednesday on drug charges. The Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43), composed of officers from around the region, joined other law enforcement agencies in the county to conduct a "warrant blitz," according to a press release. Deemed "Operation Pumpkin Patch," authorities arrested 18 people, most of whom face felony drug charges. Warrants were issued for 14 more people with similar charges Wednesday.
