APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - Officials in Outagamie County are reporting that they had a "close call" at a recycling plant due to a lithium-ion battery not being disposed of properly. Officials say they had a quick response from their team on-site and a water tanker that had the fire extinguished in under three minutes.
