Taylor Swift thanks New Orleans for giant friendship bracelet hanging on Superdome

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)—On night three of Taylor Swift's "Eras" tour in New Orleans at the Caesars Superdome, the pop star thanked New Orleans for the giant friendship bracelet hanging outside of the Superdome.
During Swift's set on Sunday, Oct. 27 she acknowledged the four giant air-filled friendship bracelets that hung from each side of the Superdome for the entire weekend.

"I write like one line in a song about making friendship bracelets and then I show up tonight on the Eras tour and you made all these bracelets and you're trading them. You have all turned this into a fun thing, and now I roll into New Orleans and there's a giant friendship bracelet on the outside of the stadium," Swift said.

Artist Shawn Kolodny of "Big Shiny Balls" designed and created the friendship bracelets that adorned the Superdome for Swift's mega-popular tour.

"Swifties" loved the bracelet. It became the spot to take photos and social media went crazy for the bracelet which is made out of nylon material, similar to a bouncy house.
