In his remarks, Vance is likely to target the Biden administration over inflation and high prices, according to the campaign announcement. The event comes a day after the Ohio Republican sat for a town hall with NewsNation's Chris Cuomo, where he praised former President Trump, his running mate, and addressed unsubstantiated claims the campaign has pushed about Haitian migrants eating pets. Just a week shy of Election Day, Trump is leading Vice President Harris 49.1 percent to 47.6 percent in the Tar Heel State, according to The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's polling index.
