SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Savannah Police Department (SPD) has arrested three of the fugitives on their latest Top 10 Most Wanted list, and they’re asking for the public’s help finding the rest. The following suspects have been arrested as of Tuesday: Caleb Campbell - Aggravated assault DVA, handgun under 18 Shakeim Bisard - Entering auto, credit card fraud Terrell Warner - Aggravated assault DVA, aggravated battery DVA The remaining suspects include six men and one woman: Trayvon Benford - Fleeing attempting to elude police Ricktavis Gilliard - Aggravated assault, aggravated stalking Skye Keyes - Possession of controlled substance, firearm possession Elionaxy Castillo - Battery DVA, cruelty to children Tyrus Robbins - Aggravated assault DVA, cruelty to children Shiquee Ross - Aggravated assault James Saunders - DVA aggravated assault, cruelty to children In his weekly press conference Tuesday morning, Mayor Van Johnson urged the remaining suspects to turn themselves in to the police. Dept. looking for person of interest related to Savannah fire “The fact is, we are going to find you, and you would much rather come in your way than we bring you in our way,” he said. “And if you know any of these people, mamas, grandmamas, big mamas, daddies, poppas, aunties, neighbors, if you know these folks, the fact is they are out and they are endangering our community. Tell them to lawyer up and come see us." SPD says the Top 10 aren't always the most violent offenders they're looking for, but a combined number of factors make them Most Wanted. If you know where the remaining suspects are, SPD asks you to submit information to their tip line at 912-525-3124. Information can also be given anonymously to CrimeStoppers at 912-234-2020 or via the SPD app. Tipsters may qualify for a reward of up to $2,500 depending on the severity of the crime.
