At least one person was killed in a crash on state Route 905 in Otay Mesa Tuesday afternoon, authorities said. The crash occurred on the westbound side of the freeway at Britannia Boulevard shortly before 2:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. The wreck forced the closure of the westbound side of the freeway while cleanup and investigation were completed. No further information was immediately available.
