ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A ninth suspect has been arrested in connection an online child solicitation operation involving agencies from around New Mexico. Stephen Rittereiser was booked into MDC on Monday. The complaint says Rittereiser sent explicit messages and photos. The state has filed for pretrial detention. If granted, Rittereiser would remain behind bars through trial.
