Park City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall. Agenda highlights include the following items: Code Amendments for Bonanza Park Small Area Plan The recently adopted Bonanza Park Small Area requires changes in the Land Management Code to fulfill the project’s objectives. Commissioners will review a set of recommendations that Design Workshop have assembled, who are the City’s consultant on this matter. Those recommendations will outline the code changes needed to implement the plan.Park and Kearns Master Planned Development  The Park and Kearns applicants will present their plans for a proposed mixed-use Master Planned Development for the DoubleTree Hotel (formerly Yarrow) property. Robbins Annexation Possible Action Commissioners will review the petition to annex a 0.94-acre parcel within the Thaynes Canyon neighborhood from unincorporated Summit County into Park City to develop one single-family dwelling and affordable accessory apartment. They will conduct a public hearing and consider forwarding the item to the City Council for their review.
