SAN DIEGO (Border Report) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security says the deportation of migrants from the United States has tripled since June. Luis Miranda, a DHS spokesman, reported that since May 2022, 740,000 people have been returned to their home countries, mostly Mexico. "The majority of deportations are people from Mexico; it's one of the countries where most of the migrants come from," Miranda said.
