LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Downtown Lexington is gearing up for its annual Halloween festival and Thriller parade this Sunday. City officials are inviting the community to join the festivities, which begin at 4 p.m. at the Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Plaza. The event will start with a variety show at 5 p.m., setting the stage for the evening’s main attractions. The Halloween parade will proceed from 6:30 to 7 p.m. along Main Street, between Quality and Mill Streets. Highlighting the evening is the iconic Michael Jackson Thriller reenactment, featuring zombies dancing through the streets, scheduled to start right at 7 p.m. This beloved Lexington tradition promises a spooktacular evening for attendees of all ages, with thrilling performances and festive fun.
