ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A 41-year-old man is in custody after police said he murdered his ex-wife's boyfriend. Albuquerque police said Yojani Pacheco Hernandez shot and killed Lisvany Peneranda early Wednesday morning at the Volcanes Commons Apartments on Glenrio west of Coors. VIDEO: BCSO chase stolen vehicle suspect to South Valley home Detectives believe shortly before the shooting of Pacheco, Hernandez told his ex that she could have been with any other man than Peneranda, and she recommended Peneranda leave her apartment to avoid a conflict. She told officers she then saw Pachecho's vehicle parked near hers but couldn't warn Peneranda in time.
