INDIANAPOLIS A person was shot and killed on the near northwest side of Indianapolis Thursday. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 600 block of W. 29th Street just before 1:30 p.m. When they arrived, officers located an adult male victim with gunshot injuries. The victim was pronounced deceased. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-8477.
