Eastbound U.S. 36 reopened in Broomfield after a crash involving a motorcycle closed the highway for more than two hours.

All traffic on eastbound U.S. 36 for forced to exit at Wadsworth Boulevard and Colorado 121, according to a 3:57 p.m. announcement on X from Broomfield police.
The announcement said the motorcyclist’s injuries were unknown.
The highway reopened as of 6:35 p.m., according to a Colorado Department of Transportation alert.
