NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk International Airport (ORF) experienced a limited power outage Wednesday morning. According to a post on X, the power outage is expected to create delays in baggage claim. In addition, the elevators in Parking Garage A are down. Dominion Energy said the estimated time of restoration is between 2-5 p.m. The cause of the outage remains under investigation, and no additional information has been released.
