TOPEKA (KSNT) - A former Topeka physical therapist assistant had his medical license revoked Monday after he was found guilty of soliciting a minor for sex in a cemetery. The Kansas State Board of Healing Arts announced on Oct. 15 that Joseph D. Quinlan's license to practice medicine in the Sunflower State has been revoked. This comes more than two years after his license was suspended. A Pottawatomie County judge sentenced Quinlan to probation for meeting a child between 14 and 16 years old in a cemetery and engaging in oral and anal sex with the child. The crimes happened in 2020.
