Booking photo of Bradley Jones (IMPD) According to previous reports, Jones wreaked havoc on more than 57 vehicles in the area of NeighborCare of Chapel Hill, an independent senior living neighborhood on Indy’s west side., last September. Jones slashed and deflated tires and smashed windshields with large stones. Three homes were also vandalized with Jones tossing a brick through one window where a woman was working at an art desk and sprayed with shattered glass. Court records show that Jones accepted a plea agreement on Tuesday, agreeing to plead guilty to a Level 6 felony count of criminal recklessness in exchange for all 33 of his misdemeanor counts being dismissed. As part of the agreement, Jones was sentenced to one year of probation with the first 90 days served on GPS monitoring. He was also ordered to stay away from the senior living neighborhood. A future hearing is scheduled to determine a restitution amount for the victims, though Jones was ruled as being "indigent" when it came to paying for his probation fees.
