Donald Trump and Kamala Harris aren’t the only ones on the ballot this election season.The Independent’s latest annual voter guide is here to help you figure out who’s on your ballot, and where and when to cast your vote.There are eight local and state races affecting New Haven, for offices ranging from U.S. representative to the registrar of voters. There’s also a statewide ballot measure that would lay the groundwork for expanding absentee ballot access in future elections.Election day itself is Nov. 5. Early voting will take place from Oct. 21 through Nov. 3. And absentee voting has already started.The deadline to register to vote is coming up on Oct. 18.
