  COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– People who were impacted by Hurricane Helene here in the Midlands and in the Upstate still have time to file for assistance through FEMA. In the Midlands that includes Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Newberry, Orangeburg, and Richland counties. For more information on how to apply, click here.
