ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — More than 2,000 homes and businesses are without power in and around Rochester Monday morning. According to RG&E, NYSEG, and National Grid, most of the outages are in Irondequoit and Williamson, with hundreds more in Pittsford and Clarkson. RG&E is investigating the cause of these outages.
