Central Ohio Weather and Radar QUICK WEATHER FORECAST: Tonight: Mainly cloudy, few light showers, breezy, low 40 Tuesday: Cloudy, light showers, breezy in afternoon, high 52 Wednesday: Clearing skies, crisp, high 55 Thursday: Sunny skies, frosty start area-wide, high 61 Friday: Sunny skies, high 67 FORECAST DISCUSSION: Good Monday Evening, It has been a much colder day today, with high temps running nearly 25 degrees colder than Sunday behind a strong cold front to start the week. We will be on the underside of a low for the next 24-36 hours, which will keep low clouds, some patchy showers, and a cool north to northwesterly flow through Tuesday. With patchy light showers tonight, temps will drop to the upper 30s to near 40 for overnight lows. We will have a seasonally cool day on Tuesday with highs struggling into the lower 50s with plenty of clouds, some light showers around, and becoming breezy in the afternoon. This system will start to depart as we get into Tuesday night and Wednesday. This will set us up with a cooler start on Wednesday in the low to mid 30s, but with plenty of sunshine, we will climb to the mid 50s in the afternoon. Wednesday night into Thursday will be our coldest morning so far of the season, with clear skies, little to no wind, temps should drop into the low to mid 30s. Areawide frost is expected, with areas outside of town possibly seeing the first freeze of the season. Thursday will be a great, brisk day with highs in the lower 60s and sunny. Friday should push back above normal in the upper 60s. We will start to warm more into the weekend with highs in the lower 70s on Saturday and Sunday with tons of sunshine, and low to mid 70s on Monday with mainly sunny skies. -Dave
