KINGS COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) –  A 54-year-old Visalia man died in a crash after hitting a large rack containing irrigation pipes Saturday, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP says the man was driving a white 2014 Nissan Versa southbound on a dirt road, south of Pueblo Avenue, east of 19th Avenue in Kings County.  Investigators say after crashing into the rack, the Nissan came to rest on its wheels where the driver died. CHP says alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor in this crash.
