ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Rail Yards Market guests were treated to a parade of pooches in colorful costumes. With Halloween just around the corner, the market held its annual costume contest for dogs. Last year's winner was there, and she was hoping her little shark would capture the win again this year.
