Teen boy shot, seriously wounded in Rogers Park

A 16-year-old boy was shot and wounded Friday night in Rogers Park.The boy was standing in an alley with several other people just after 8 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Juneway Terrace when someone fired shots, Chicago police said.He was hospitalized in serious condition with gunshot wounds to his abdomen and back, police said.No one is in custody, and Area Three detectives are investigating.
