MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) - A pair of teenagers were arrested on Saturday afternoon according to a Wednesday release from the Madison Police Department. The two 13-year-old boys were arrested for an alleged attempt to steal a car on the west side of the city. Officers were reportedly dispatched to Aster Lane around 4 p.m. Another 131 people cited for underage drinking in popular Wisconsin party city According to the release, the teenagers broke the window and tried to mess with the ignition, but were unsuccessful. They were seen running towards Mineral Point Road afterward and found at a nearby store. Both were arrested and taken to the Juvenile Reception Center. No more details were provided.
