PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Stop & Shop stores in Rhode Island have announced that they’ll be lowering prices in their stores. They’ll also be eliminating the paper bag fee, which is .10 cents per paper bag. Stop & Shop will also be launching “Savings Kiosks” to help customers with digital coupons.
