FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man parked outside a Fresno theater was found dead inside his car Monday afternoon, the Fresno Police Department. According to Fresno Police, they received a call around 4:30 p.m. regarding an unresponsive man inside a vehicle parked outside the Regal Manchester Theater on Shields Avenue in Fresno. Once on scene, police say they found a man deceased inside a dark-colored sedan in front of the theater; the man was believed to be in his 30s. The Fresno Police Department says his cause of death is believed to be alcohol poisoning. This is an ongoing investigation. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
