ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - Strong storms along a cold front Sunday night brought some street flooding as well as hail and wind damage throughout Western New York and parts of the Finger Lakes. There was over a dozen storm reports around Rochester and the region last night. A brief spike in outages after the storms topped out at just over 1,000 RG&E customers, but the number shrank quickly as crews were able to restore power back to those customers.
