Flags to Be Flown at HalfStaff to Honor Victims of Attacks in Israel

Nebraska State Capitol looking toward the northeast. (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 7)–Governor Jim Pillen says all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff on Monday to honor the victims of the terror attacks in Israel, which happened a year ago.
The attack killed 1,200 people, more than 250 were taken hostage, with 100 of those people still missing, including four Americans. Flags should be flown at half-staff until sunset Monday evening.
The State Capitol will be lit up in blue.
