TOPEKA (KSNT) - Bigfoot has been spotted in the Capital City Friday doing what monster trucks do best. Coming in from St. Louis to make its appearance at the Seaman Schools Homecoming parade, Bigfoot had everyone on their feet. Bigfoot's driver, Bob Brown, has been driving monster trucks for 15 years and gave everyone a show, crushing and jumping over vehicles outside Performance Tires following the parade. Going airborne and smashing vehicles might be Brown's favorite part about driving, but an element of the unknown takes over when the nose comes up. "When you first start doing it, it's a little scary," Brown said. "You get in, once you get in the air, with all my safety equipment on I can't see anything. So you are waiting for the ground to show up again. If the nose comes up I can't see anything. I'm just waiting to see what happens. But you can kind of feel it and you know where you are."  Casino workers push for smoking ban in Kansas The eight vehicles didn't have much left after bigfoot had its fun during the demonstration. The monster truck landed on top of the cars with four 1,100 pound tires rolling over them. The smaller cars didn't stand a chance. For more local news, click here.
